At Tropeaka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your health journey; if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period for unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
